Acclaimed composer and founder of SUR Music, Rajeev Mahavir, has embarked on a new devotional music video project that promises to blend classical richness with contemporary visual storytelling.

Lending her voice to the track is Vasudha Komaragiri, a USA-based vocalist deeply rooted in Indian classical music. The audio was recorded at the renowned FTB Studio in Detroit, Michigan, a space known for hosting global icons such as Eminem. In a testament to her commitment and artistic vision, Vasudha traveled all the way from Detroit to Mumbai not only to film the video but also to bring a distinctive international perspective to the project. Her cross-cultural journey adds a global dimension to the song, seamlessly blending Eastern spirituality with Western production sensibilities, and amplifying the universal message of devotion through her soulful performance, also a signature of Rajeev Mahavir style of presentation.

This marks the second major milestone for SUR Music, co-founded by Rajeev Mahavir and Suvarna Pappu, following its official launch in Mumbai on June 18, 2025. The label debuted with Mohabbat Teri, a stirring duet by Hariharan and Sohini Dey, and is already setting the tone for a new wave of original, devotional, and cinematic music experiences.
